Kick was mostly idler or high ping, very seldom teamkilling. Banned was for teamkilling or some cheap server rules. I played since summer, almost about 1 year.

Banned by a clan cause I killed the admin 3 times in a row using C4 while capping their main base on Dragon.

Kicked for high pings, red bug tks, claymore tks, p**sing off server owners by killing them, once for c4ing the commander on warlord "sitting" (ie., not moving at all) in our 1 tank commanding for half the game, etc.
