Help with unlocks

Hello all,

New to the forum. Ive searched the first 6 pages on this topic and couldnt find anything that relates....somehow...

Anyway.... Ive got a bit of a problem. Ive reached Lance Corporal and have the ability to unlock a weapon....and I already know which once I want to unlock....

Problem is.....I dont know how. Where do I go to unlock my weapon? It said I was promoted in game to Lance Corporal and I have an unlock available.... Where do I go to unlock it?!

I feel like an idiot here, but Ive gone through BFHQ looking for the place to unlock and all I can see is the Kit Info and there doesnt seem to be a place to unlock anything there.

Help please? I feel like a moron, but it doesnt seem very clear on how to do this.

it should show up automatically when not in game. check the bfhq screen to check the game has registerred the promotion, if not go to a ranked server and get a point and you'll get re-promoted. if it is registerred it wil probably come up next time you start the game. hope it works.

Exactly what he said. The account server just doesn't realize you've been promoted yet. It may take a day or two at most for the account server to recognize you've reached the next rank. After the account server has your new rank, the next time you start up the game and login you will see the "pick your unlock" screen. You'll be able to cycle through the weapons you haven't unlocked yet and pick one.

Once the account server realizes you've ranked up, a window will pop up with the unlock options.
