How do u play it???like do u just click on regular battlefield 2 or what??

Yes. It is a booster pack for basic bf2.
Start the "vanilla" bf2 and in single player mode, you will see 3 new maps, Midnight Sun, Operation Harvest, Operation Road Rage (well, one of these may not show up in single player, but...). The main thing is that this shows that the booster is installed.
You can now search for those maps and join the servers running them. For a week or more, you will see a lot of servers starting with "Armored" or have this in the title. So searching using that as a keyword will also help find the servers playing them.
After a week or longer, most servers will start running a mix with the vanilla maps and AF maps. Some may add the EF maps, but not many. -
