Another challenging flight mode is to get a Mig-29 against a F-18, the only way to take it down is to sneak up behind it and use canons, that thing can't get hit by missiles in a million years.

Never had a problem here shooting down F-18s, though now that its being spoken of, I do remember of some missed shots which I recall calling BS on...

I fly F-18's in BF2Combat on the USMC as the 2MC (2nd division Marine Core, Marine Air Wing) because everyone on the USMC and even some PLA and MEC guys proposed that all US jets be changed to F-18s instead of F-35's and it works out great against the PLA army's, for you can easily dodge like the J10 in a F-18. J10's and F18's need to be fixed or the F-35 needs to be equalized in dodging abilities.

Yeah but I think the JSF is a better jet than the F-18.. the hitboxes or coding or something like that is all ****ed up though. I don't know what they changed or why, but between 1.12, 1.2, and 1.21 there were big changed made to the JSF.

1.12, it was all equal as far as landing shots if I remember right. 1.2, it was equal also, but it was kind of lame because either jet, whoever got the first missles off, the other guy died.

Now, JSF's missles pretty much = 1.12 while the J-10 is 1.2

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I saw this post and thought I should post a reply just to let EA/Dice know they need to fix this.
The planes NEED to be balanced!!!
Ok, I admit it's a challange to take down a J10 with a F35 but I would like to have a good dogfight for once, just like to good old DC days
So EA/Dice get your $hit together and fix the planes.

WHY........why...... do the J-10's take 30 seconds to respawn, but everything on the carrier takes ~1 min 10 sec?

Also, someone said earlier why create even more threads on the subject. Well, until DICE actually DO something about the J-10 it's the only option we have. Post and post and post some more. Quite how DICE have failed to acknowledge the problem to this point in time is beyond me.

Why Why Why Why Why is there 2 phalanx on the carrier while 1 sh!tty Igla on the airfield? Why dont you unbias yourself for once and realize that there are inequalities all sides, but all you do is keep pointing out how the USMC side is unfair and bla bla bla.. For example, Oman, why have I never heard you complain about the MEC airfield that keeps getting pounded by the F35's and all it got to fend em off is the 1 sh!tty IGLA? How about MiG-29 VS. F-18, ain't this equally unjust for the MEC as the J-10 on Wake?

Too bad though the Phalanx guns have a range of what seems like 70 feet. Iglas are pretty bad too, but not as bad. AA needs more range.

i'm a beginning pilot and don't know the good/bad things about planes, i like 2 fly the j-10 ... (now that i have read this thread i know wy) but i'll never , NEVER baserape... I did it once (on a server were it IS allowed, how lame) and i hated it just a sec ago... i just doesn't gives me the reward of killin some1... 2 bad more people doesn't think this way i quesse...
i'll try flying less in "the noob yet"... damned chinese Quality :)
