The only way I survive J10's is flying with my brother. If we can both get the JSF then together we can usually take down the J10's (unless they are working together) After we take them down we keep them down I dont care if base raping is bad but after the J10's are down they must stay down.

I am having alot of rounds lately where I am playing against "average" pilots (I have been flying with them for a while on the server)... who I KNOW I am better than... I get away from them magically like 5 times... but EVERY time I try to take one out, the other guy gets lucky and ends up behind me. Me vs 1 J-10 that doesn't see me, I will kill them 95%.

This guy I was chasing actually knew how to look behind him.. etc. I just realised how impossible it is..

I caught him off-gaurd and killed him a couple times, and ended with more kills/less deaths... so I did better than him.. but that isn't the point.. When this gay ass jet gets behind me... there are only 3 things I can do. I can: A) get as high as I can and fast as I can, and try to outrun him B) I can turn and break his sight of me/missle lock while throttling down, and hope for the best.. or C) I can bail.

Man.. all the J-10 has to do to get away, is go in a circle 2 times... and they will catch up with the JSF.

agghhhh i'm done complaining... all I can say is, they seriously need to fix this bullshit. That thing is so unbalanced it isn't funny...

Yea, blame the plane and not the fact that you probably suck? Maybe you just need more practice? Some people have over 300 hours in a jet and you want to "own" them or get mad becaue they kick your ass? Give me a break, let's perma ban pilots that have any skill becasue people are getting owned. You cannot make a patch that will balance a pilot with a lot of skill and someone that totally blows dead goats.

Its not that the J10 missles are good. Its that the F35 sucks in dogfighting. Yeah the F18 is pretty stupid...but give USMC SOMETHING. What I dont get is how the J10 cant dodge Ground AA (or can it, I dunno), but can EASILY dodge other plane missles and the essex...

It doesn't dodge $hit buddy, where u been? 90% of the A2A missiles you fire at it bounce off the freaking thing like golfballs

Chasing J10 is fun, because most trash talkers, like SEV25s friends are, they stay silent when i shoot them out of the sky, and even after i type in they blow.

What do you guys think about replacing all the F35's with the F18?

I'm about 85% ground pounder so i'm not the best pilot. Whenever i'm in an F35 and i get a lock from a J10, i make for the closest land and bail. But i've noticed when i fly the F18 i can hold my own with an average J10 pilot.

For example: Once on wake I had the F18 and went 8-0 with a J10 pilot before I finally crashed into a tree (yeah i know, yay me ) But the next round I was in the F35 against the same enemy pilot and went 0-4 before I gave up.

So maybe instead of nerfing the j10 we should just put the F18 in place of the F35. Thoughts please!

Oh, and lets not forget that the F-35 has 600 mg rounds over the J-10s 300.

Yeah, but the J-10 as it is in-game can make like a freakin 20g turn no problem. If you just sit there and watch them for a few minutes while they fly about, it's completely clear that their turn radius is much much too small. I hate J-10's


Oh yeah and dude - I don't care if someone has 3,000,000 hours in jets. The J-10 vs. F-35 undoubtedly voids skill levels. A decent pilot in a J-10 can 90% of the time out fly a great pilot in an F-35 (in-game).

You are either one of the J-10 "pilots" everyone is talking about, or you have 0 experience with the aircraft.

If you knew ANYTHING about flying, you would know the amount of BULLSHIT the JSF pilots have to go through... if you compare it to how the J-10 just flies around at 0-400 ft not worrying about a fucking thing, and then when they get locked on, all they have to do is make 2 complete circles and they are on the person who locked onto their ass.... to the JSF, who has to stay at 500-900.... JUST TO STAY ALIVE, and the IF they spot the J-10, they have to sneak behind them... and then they have no missles that fucking touch the J-10, so it's all cannon.. not to mention, if the J-10 gets behind you, you are 80% toast. If it is an average pilot, you are 99% toast.... a retarded ass pilot, about 70% chance of dying, because they don't realize you are throttling down.

You obviously know NOTHING about the current situation of jets man.

lol, revolution - you have no idea what you're talking about. THis issue is the most obvious imbalance in BF2 and has been for some time now. Single handedly it's the reason Wake Island is so biased towards the China side. I'm an average pilot, but stick me in a J-10 and I can do very well indeed. Stick me in a F-35B and for the most I'll suck.
