It's the file automatically generated by the game server you played on. It contains the gameplay footage.

He's implying that you should do the action and he'll edit the footage.

True 100% what AAK and Karl said you will need to find a server that has Battle Recorder Enabled then send me teh SMALL demo file and I will play it go through it and find some good action footage of yourself and edit it together for you but you will need to tell meinfo you want like what kinda video a frag video a story type video etc how long what song and everything just let me know

what if u can't DL the thing? sometimes it's on my community list but it's not always that u can DL it successfully

hmm maybe there server may have it set for certain people to login and download it VIA FTP just keep playing and you will sooner or later find one and send to me and I will make u a kick ass vid
