    Whats the problem...

    My BF2 keeps freezing sometimes. Sometimes it runs for 10 minutes without freezing, sometimes it goes a day without freezing. Its not overheating hardware...my 6800GT runs at 70*C when playing BF2 and my 3700+ runs at 45*C.

    Specs:

    6800GT
    3700+ clawhammer
    Raptor 74gigs
    500W Vortecs
    K8n4-e deluxe

      I too am experiencing hangs...never until 1.3 patch. I'll be playing, then >FREEZE< and the sound is all messed-up...CTRL-ALT-DELT, kill BF2, restart and alll is fine. No errors in the report, no overtemps, nothing. Just screwy BF2, that's all folks!

          This problem has been happening to me before 1.3. And I cant even Ctrl-Alt-Del out of it. The image on the screen freezes and there is no sound.
