Let's hope this booster pack revives BF2, and is not mark by
the release date and ends up being so bad it's the death of
this game.

I know alot of you guys who have managed to logg 5 billion hours
in BF2 are sick of the game, and a constantly complaining about the
death of this game, BUT for the rest of us guys who only get a chance
to play a COUPLE TIMES A WEEK, this game still has life!

I just want to fly the new Helo's and see some new promising maps!

War on US soil... Surprised there hasn;t been more of these type maps!

BF2 doesn't need reviving. It still has close to 40K users on at peak, with an average of 25K players.

You do know that 666 is called the number of the beast because it is the name Nero in Greek I believe. He was the first to persecute christians.

My son will get AF because he likes to fly. I'll watch his games for a while before I decide, but it's unlikely that I'll spend $10 on it myself. I'm usually AT so I don't see much reason to buy Air Fury what with all you guys having orgasims about Little Bird.

Zefram... Euro Force was a decent MOD.. It should have been a free
addon though. I believe the night maps were just too much for people,
and the game play tended to be a bit erratic.

I like the day maps, but I do not play much because there just
aren't enough people playing.

I would not judge every sucessive Booster and MOD on one failure.

If you are that apprehensive, just wait until others have played and
see what they have to say.

If there is one thing I have learned in my 38 years on this planet, is
never say never, because if it turn out to be a hit, then you will have
to eat CROW.. HAHA

Just sit tight, and the rest of us risk takers will let you know how it
goes.. This messageboard and the community have always steered
you right, so sit tight and keep your fingers crossed!

Haven't you often thought of clearing the highway with a tank

Yeah, and the number is "666" ....DOH! Not 06/06/06! And actually - 06/06/2006 - the 06/06/06 being in its shortest possible form is a far cry from 666....literally being 59,940 numirical values away from the number 666.

Funny! Everyone is talking about 6.6.06. They say tomorrow something aweful will happen, I hope it won't be the end of the world.

I just read the AF section about the maps. I don't think it is likely that I will buy a copy of it. There is no desert map!?? Thought it would be cool to re-produce something like the 73rd Easting map of DC of BF1942. Without the desert, I don't think tank battle will be much attractive for playing.

However, the planes look very cool.

Douche... it was a joke..

It was tied to the upcoming release of the Movie the Omen which
is being released on the 6th.

The only thing bad that will be happening tomorrow, is that all the
mirrors are going to be bogged down with people trying to DL the
booster! :cry:

Dessert maps or not, I'm there. A wide open Dessert map would
be boring as hell, Think about it.. Except for jet pilots of course
who who have a field day in a map like this. Consider it target
practice.
