Zip line bug

I just noticed yesterday on Warlord as SpecOps, I shot the zip line and it showed just the stick with no line to use. I tried several times and it was the same. Then I tried to shot at closer range and worked ok! Weird!
I took a picture of the stick.

Before shooting, the sign was ok and I was allowed to shoot (you know, there is a red sign when it's too far). Maybe the distance is messed up. Try it yourself.

Update: I tried again in the same conditions (different server) and I couldn't replicate this bug. Strange!
