Infantry Only Server Updates:

Custom maps have been removed. Reasoning: Majority felt it was best to remove them in order to minimize impact to the pubbers. Now you can just come straight into the server and enjoy infantry only gameplay on your favorite maps without having to download or install anything.

New map rotation:

Straike at Karkand 16
Mashtuur City 16
Sharqi Peninsula 16

32 player limit, 2 rounds per map.

No UAV
No radar scan
No arty
No armor
No helicopters

Vehicle and supply drops are allowed. Light infantry vehicles have not been removed.

Nope. The competitive community doesn't care about ranks, stats, unlocks, etc.

We want good gameplay using team tactics/strats. Our server is a place to sharpen your skills while in a unique environment.

Yes, you can modify vanilla maps. We're doing it server side so there is nothing to download which should make it really attractive because all you have to do is join our server and play.

You can't have unlocks in unranked servers since the 1.3 patch. And since the server is run by a CAL team, unlocks probably wouldn't be allowed regardless.

Even if unlocks were available, I wouldn't use them for 2 reasons. First, game balance. Not everyone has all the same unlocks and some are more powerful than others so it would create an imbalance in gameplay. Skill>weapon choice.

Secondly, we can't use unlocks in CAL and I don't want my guys getting used to something which they can't use in match play. It would become an artificial crutch.
