Gamearena runs a 32 player PRmm server. Gamearena #21 I believe. It's pretty full most nights, and everyone is keen to play properly (ie - only a few support classes on each side).

USI is the best mod out at the time being in my opinion.

I'm hoping that DCON will be great too...if it ever comes out.
