Help with conecting to BF2 o BF2 SF servers

ok i load up the game then list of servers load up then the server writing is in red very little are in white when i click on the red ones it says u have a older verson to that server i dont no what to do after that help please i just got BF2 SF i realy wanna play it

When I see red servers in my favorites list I consider them to be dead servers and remove them.

I do keep a list in a notebook so I do check once in a while.

There is a boycott on today and maybe some of those servers are down until tomorrow.

check to make sure ur have the same version as the server most likey the latest. shudders at the thought of 1.3.....

im downloading a patch now i hope it the right one if not can somone give me a link to the correct patch cuase i need a newer version of the patch but i dont no what one please

But i do warn u once you have installed it prepare to get abnormal disconects and crashing to the desktop....
