Disappearing terrain

alright i finished my level and now this is happening. the terrain just dissapears in places and then reappers and then dissappears again?
what is up

What are your video settings set at?

Also, try increasing the viewdistance. I usually bump it up to at least a 1000 by editing the init.con/sky.con files and running my video settings on high.

That only seems to happen on 1025 maps. Its a bug thats been out since day 1.

Any maps size with a scale of 4 will do that.

hmmm how can i tell if its scale 4, and if it is how can i fix it?

Can't. When you first create the map never use 4 under Scale:.

Well, there is a way to fix it using photoshop and edting the .co,. I dont know how to do this, but I know Maranello does. You should be able to find him at the total bf2 clan sight.
