2,000 hours in a year wouldn't be quite so painful, if there were about 100 maps available. But doing that amount of time, on fewer maps than there are fingers on one hand... that's just beyond my ability to imagine.

Makes those grandmas at their poker machines in Vegas look like people with a wide diversity of interests in their lives.

I say live and let live, it dosen't bother me that some people have played 2000 or even 3000 hours in BF2 and i dont judge them by online time, after all what is an "acceptable" amount of time to game daily? 1 hour? 2 hours? 3 hours?? more? less?

A shorter reply would be "its none of my business"

Yeah I have about the same amoutn of time as BF1942 and I've earned those in 2 1/2 years and got my bf2 time in BF2 from the past 7 months.

I have over 800 hours in and all I can truly say is If you go lone wolf a lot you will die by yourself a lot. Thats a fact and my stats prove it. I watch my weekly KDR and have seen it go as high as 8 to 1 in recent weeks but my total average is about .6. I think its currently about 2.5 to 1. (thats what the number is in the rising star section in BFHQ).
Seems kinda sad that thats about all I can say after putting in so many hours at something. Kinda makes you remember that old saying "So in ten years what will this mean"! . . . . . . . . . . .Red

any 64 player servers starts when 10 players join anyway so there is not much of an issue.

You know when I look at the leaderboards I am truly amazed at how many hours some players are putting into BF2.......On the leaderboard there are players with over 2ooo hours of gameplay....

Can you tell me what that translates into daily/hourly time?..... if the game is a year or so old then are we looking at 6 hours a day EVERYDAY since inception.......I have about 200 hours of time in and I feel sometimes like an idiot for how much time I put in.....I am a bf2 addict but am amazed at how much time some people put in.......what about you?...:hmm:
