Account Starting

Hi

I'm new to BF2, and so I was wondering if I could get a little help please.

When I go to start an account, my screen says "Creating Account" but it doesn't do anything else, no matter how long I wait for my account to be created. I got frustrated and quit the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Try disabling your firewall if you have one, it may be denying bf2 access to the account server.

Hey thanks it worked. . . eh now when I join a server I get a CTD. . .

Try reinstalling bf2 then using the full 1.3 patch
