Battle Recorder Refusing to send file??

Every time I try to download a file, it starts to download and then it says "server refused to send the file" I get this every time, is there something else I need to do?

i get the exact same messege, its with the demo, battlerecorder TotalBf2 i think that file is corrupt or summat.
