What happens when downloading 1.3 patch gets halted and you start over?

33% done only another hour and a half to go. How dumb was I to pay for a filecloud membership................. Or are downloads always this slow?
Edit/ Also while I'm downloading it a little red star appears over the folder, it is downloading just slowly. Is this normal? I know **** about computers, looks like I'm about to learn.Comment
