How see a cheater on my Server?

i just wondering , casue we're in competition , would be nice to know if the other team is cheating or not..

i heard that the admin is able to take a screen shot , but i also heard u (the admin) not able to view it , it will be sent to Punkbuster and they'll see it..

I seen many people take pics of cheaters screen, i need to know how to take a screen shot and send it to myself (the admin)..

I tried searching in the forums , and google , and even my own league forums (TWL) i got nothing.. i need help..

i know there is way to take a screen shot of the Cheater, i know something to do with Punkbuster screen shot and takes an image of the player u have selected.. i need to know how to do that and get the screen shot sent to me (admin)
