So I guess people are allowed to morph into the hotel wall so NO ONE can see them and they just shoot out of the wall?

I guess since my last thread was closed it is legal then... So can anyone tell me how to use this exploit? Unless of course it's against ROE...

It's exploiting, clear cut.

Get some screen shots as proof and submit them them to www.BFROE.com
They will be reset, 'n stuff.

Edit: A good tip for getting good screenshots;
Change teams and spawn on the exploiter's squad. It's very likely that they will have one or more SLs in there. Once you've gotten the screens, C4 the lot o 'em. It's very satisfying.

I'm curious. The previous Karkand exploit like this required FF to be off (right?). That's why I didn't really care about it that much because I never played on any FF off servers, so it never was an issue for me. Is this still the case? (I can't imagine how he could've gotten up there without the help of some C4 or something.)

Since 1.3 it has nothing to do with FF or C4's, it's about the cardropping. You can now use a Vodnik to glitch into buildings unfortunately.

No, he is INSIDE the hotel.. not on top.

It used to be (before 1.21) that you would go in and manually set your vehicle sensitivity to like 100,000 and then you would go into a tank or humvee, spin the turret ultra fast, get out, and it launched you inside. They got rid of that though, so I don't know how they are doing it.

Oh, I assumed that, not to mention that I've seen the screenshots as well of this new exploit. I just figured they got there by "falling through the roof," and the only way to get to the roof in the first place would be with C4. That was the original Karkand exploit. The spinning turret thing was the second exploit found.

Anyway, SaUrOn explained it (though he probably shouldn't have :p), so never mind.

Just a word of warning... while we can talk about the glitch in general terms (al la DIE YOU FARKING GLITCHERS (but preferably not so harshly)), let's not be overly discriptive as to how it's done.

This reminds me of an ancient bug in Gunz Online, in the snow town map that they only released for a month, you could hide and shoot out of the walls. I watched a replay of it happenning, and if it works in BF2, a LOT of people are going to get easy kills when they find out how to do it =x

Why even discuss glitching, anyone with an IQ over 50 could understand it against the ROE. Sucks, and not much you can do....

knowing somethings about bf2 and the maps, i have an idea how they did it but havent tried it out lately. long ago i figured how to get into the hotel at both karkand and mashtur.

hes inside the building not on top.
i used to go in the buildings all the time an im sorry to say you dont need FF off to do any of the building glitch's,
once inside if your spec ops you can c4 your self to the top roof using all packs.
even this latest one using a vodnick.
