    We Need a Cartillery Badge

So let's be honest, dropping cars is more useful for killing enemy soldiers than it is for helping your own soldiers.

So in the name of honesty, shouldn't we honor the commanders who most effectively kill enemy soldiers with cartillery?

What about a badge or series of badges for the most effective cartillery commanders? Any ideas on how many cartillery kills would be needed in a round for the Basic Cartillery Badge? The Advanced Cartillery badge?

    Basic - 10 kills IAR
    Vet - 15 kills IAR + 100 total kills
    Expert - 20 kills IAR + 1000 total kills + 1 kill on every map + 5x '3 for 1' bulk kills

Well the hack that that guy came in a server a while ago where he rained cars down on us for the entire round with no stop might actually be useful for something.

Why don't you just add a dolphin patch, a bunny patch, and a yellow sign on the runway that says no jaywalking?

              great idea lol...

Played an 8v8 last night on TWL, our opponent had a more 'active' commander, but he ended up spending most of his round fixing his arty. He might have managed 2 arty kills the entire time, and I even killed him once as he was repairing one as I put a vehicle on it, gg. Won 2-0, thx cartillery

I dont think we need more badges, although revive does seem acceptable. WHen you "cartillary" somebodu, it appears on the screen as Enemy1 is no more, not Commander HMMWV Enemy1

No we don´t need a badge at all, in fact this stupid feature should be removed, as i think that after a while that cartillery will develop into "Cartillery Whoring", and it will be raining vehicles the entire round and not being used for the purpose it was originally intended.

BF2 doesn't need a badge for the obvious exploit of an added feature. The vehicle drop needs to be changed so that the commander can ONLY drop a vehicle when requested by a squad leader.

This stops "cartillery" and promotes squad play.

                          Take a look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irony

In particular Socratic Irony: Socratic irony is feigning ignorance in order to expose the weakness of another’s position. My suggestion to create a badge for cartillery is me pretending to be ignorant of the ridiculousness of the situation in order to expose it. I am sorry if I didn't make it clear, but if I had, then I wouldn't be using Socratic irony very well would I? I guess the irony of using irony is that a lot of people think you are being serious.

Dont be too certain, I was playing USMC on wake, I was on the vulcan turret with my squad leader on the carrier waiting for a plane or helo as well. I heard him say "requesting a vehicle drop, over'" and a DPV landed on the carrier.

Unfortunately squad leaders never respond to their squad members' requests. Something needs to be put on the HUD so that they can just click it rather than search the map for the guy who requested it.
