Also- Why can't you click on your ribbons on BFHQ? And does the European Union ribbon look cool? I'm going for that ribbon..

That is one of the ones you get when you least expect it. Dont get so concerned with ranks and medals and all that. Just play the game (if you can after 1.3) and just have fun. Your "imaginary" ribbon will show up sooner or later.
