Twist joystick setup

I am setting up my joystick to practice in sp

Is it better to set the twist for turning, or banking?

a. Joystick left-right = left-right, twist = banking

b. Joystick left-right = banking, twist = left-right

Can't comment on the twist as my Saitek has no twist function.

However, I will say this, I use it exclusively for Jets. I can kb/mouse my way around a map in a helo far better than most guys w/joysticks...

Twist for turning...more natural, naturally.:p

I'm with BadToad on this one. Throw the stick over to bank/roll the jet, twist the stick to turn the rudder. It's far more intuitive that way as you're flying along.

what ever works best for you? I would use setup B, but a mate was playing on my system the other day and he is used to setup A and it completely freaked him out & he couldn't fly at all until he changed the settings to what he was used to..
