started a new player name a month ago plus and figured the only way to get war college was to try from the break;

50 hrs. commanding
3/1 win - loss

well now the requirements are different;

100h command time
200 wins
25,000 command points

I been busting my butt and now I got a boat load of wasted time....notta....

When did the req's change ??

they changed with 1.3

The change was welcome to remove this requirement. It promoted team hopping.
