I was wondering if anyone could help me to make a mod. I'm completely stumped where to start. All I want to do with the mod is essentially make it so every weapon is like a one shot kill in the chest, head and back region. I also want to add some Blood physics. Does anyone know what modders program to buy/download or does anyone know if a mod like this actually exists.Cheers, KillerPeas
