Punkbuster can't do anything about an undetected commander hack. I don't know why they haven't stopped this hack yet, but obviously something about dropping commander assets is client side when it shouldn't be.

No it's a hack/glitch. Commanders can drop a vehicle every 30 seconds. I only think they can drop two at a time though.
