It is quite hard to accidently TK someone with an M95, while they are sitting in a plane, with a shot to the head, so it smells strongly of deliberate act.

Fine, ban it... not hard to just shoot the jet with an Eryx and try my luck with the next respawn... you get the idea.

Only happened to me once, but it was VERY frustrating.

Again, I'm saying just for the first 5 seconds in a plane, or until you fire a weapon, you dont get a tk....I dont know, it's really tricky...but I am fed up with people giving me -points. Im not the best jet pilot, I've only flown for two days (hated jets before i got my joystick) and I raised my Jet K/D ration almost 3 points. It still hurts my score to get un-necesary team kills, and it lowers my chance of a gold star.

If people are too busy tking each other for a jet, then their team is probably losing bases, and they deserve to lose (as a team) for being inmature. Jets cant take bases.

I think the petulant brat who stands in front of the jet should get given a suicide and the -2 for it rather than the pilot getting a TK and the -4...

Leave the bloody game alone, and just fix all the problems 1.3 caused.
If it weren't for all these whiny little bitches, we wouldn't have half the problems with the game that we have now.

Hardly... None of the "whiny little bitches" actually asked for the red/blue tag bug, or the AT-missile-flies-straight-through-tanks bug, or the continuous CTD bug, etc etc. I haven't seen anyone ask for the server browser to get screwed over, the refresh button removed etc. I don't even recall seeing people ask for "cartillery" before EA announced it. No-one asked for these glitches. It's not fair to blame the users for EA/DICE's mistakes.

But I agree to some extent with your post - there are lots of problems that need fixing before gameplay issues are looked at. Sadly, many of these problems have been there since the initial release too, or at least early-on in the patches. Perhaps we'll get a 1.31 hotfix that will sort it all out...

Although I haven't heard anything about another patch/hotfix in the works...

Yeah, totally. Thats I was just trying to say. Rather than asking for gameplay changes (takeoff TKs, squadhopping, ect), people should maybe make more noise about the glitches (red/blue tag, CTDs etc).
One thing everyone should remember is that you can't please everyone all of the time. What's more important, fixing glitches, or gameplay changes?! Priorities people!

It probably should be taken out...but it's just so damn frustrating to patiently wait for a jet and then have some e-spammer come out of no where and take the thing.

I know it's wrong, but sometimes letting them get a TK is oh so satisfying.

I'd like to see it taken a step further. Remove all tk's from vehicle collisions. An enemy plane rams a BH pilot tk's 5 teammates. That's not cool. 99% of my tk's have come from enemy plane or jet ramming the attack heli, I tk co-pilot, its hardly like I tk'ed the co-pilot on purpose and this function serves no purpose other than to **** you off!

There's also the one where a jeep/buggy will hit a friendly tank, not the tank drivers fault yet the tank driver always gets the vehicle damage and the tk.
