Ha! So true. I have Turtle Beach 5.1 Surround Sound headset (~$65). Really good sound/mic, but a little tight. Earpads could be bigger.

I had one until a few days ago when it toasted so going to get a new one. However, when you get a squad that all works together using VoIP it makes even getting your butt kicked that much more fun.

I have a mic, but haven't used it yet... I can imagine my wife's reaction to me sitting at my computer desk shouting "2 hostiles capping the Refinery!" :P I do have VOIP turned on for receive, though.

Nice. Unless you play your Battlefield 2 exclusively on the airplane, I suppose the 300 dollar Bose headphones might not be a necessity?

i have a mic but i only use it on teamspeak
