OK, I downloaded the EA Downloader to check out Euro Force, and I get this message whenever I try to watch the trailers...

Yeah, it's strange. Either way, I found downloading directly from http://downloader.ea.com works fine.

What in god's name is this?

Is this a parents machine?

Since the EAD uses IE6 for its functions, it looks like the "Content Advisor" is set in your IE.

You can check by opening IE, select "Tools" then "Internet Options". Now select the "Content" tab.

You should see that the Content Advisor is "Enabled" and the "Settings" button is now selectable (not selectable with the defaulted Content Advisor disabled).

From here, I dont know cause mine is not enabled and I am not going to enable it....sorry.
