Non-regged hits are nothing new. Every game will occasionally have a non-regged it. It's the nature of the beast. Murphy's law dictates that they will always happen at the worst possible moment.

BTW, I haven't noticed an increase in non-regs since 1.3. I play quite a bit of AT which gives the most noticable non-regs. Doesn't seem worse. That's just my own observations tho. I could just be lucky.
I have 70 hours as AT and I'm pretty sure that TV missles have a lot bigger "fly through" rate then the AT rockets (talking heli-to-heli)

        Re: Explain this EA.

Okay, last night I was playing US in Karkand and saw an enemy APC coming. I ran over to the TOW and fired a missile right thruogh the APC. The reload time meant the APC went right by me and on to the northern slope area where I couldn't target it. The driver promptly killed half a dozen friendlies.

Which brings me to another problem. These fixed emplacements often have trees or bushes around them which narrow the field of fire tremendously. Soldiers normally would remove such obstacles around a fixed AT or AA emplacement. More stupidosity in the game.

On the other side of the AT/TV missle issue, it seems that if everyone has thier missles go through objects that sooner or later you would be driving a vehicle that the missle went through. I actually had this happen once and only once. I was in A M1A1 and had just fired on and taken down the TOW when up pops an AT guy and fires at me. I was nailed cold waiting for the main gun to reload and I couldnt get the machine gun on him before he got behind cover. To my suprise the missle just went through the middle of my tank with no damage and no explosion. Out of the several hundred times that has happened to me finally I get one back. Has anyone else had this happen? . . . . . . . .Red

Cobra, murphys law is all about registered hits. Imagine this:

You are capping a flag, nothing could possibly go wrong....uh oh, an APC turns up. Fortunatly you had already prepared for this coz your AT. You dont mind sacrifcing yourself to get the APC because you know your squad mates a medic. You fire at the APC, murphys law says it wont hit and the hit doesnt register. Not only that, murphy's law also says that your comander, who just tried to cartillary the near by sniper will miss and kill the medic. And to top that of, the enemy will continue to cap the last spawn point.... its just the way it works. Sucks, non?

Im going for a beer down the pub, probably wont be any beer left. Atleast i have some beer in the fridge......can i smell fire?

Happens so many times. EA needs an online beta testing team like AAO. Like 500 of the best community players to help test alpha builds. These bugs are coming out of the wood works day in and day out.

Yup, won a battle against a tank with my APC.
One missle into him somewhere (he'd popped smoke), then when I can see him I shoot the tread with my autocannon 'til he dies.

He had time for three shots, my APC "shook" with every "hit", but I lost not one bar of life, won the fight.
                      Lame

Like you I usually come out on the bad end of the deal, I've had SRAWs, TVGMs, tank shells, TOWs all go right through the target, grenades not explode, emptied a jackhammer clip into a guy only to have him turn around and kill me with his pistol, sniped a guy *3* times who was across the street from the bush I'm hiding in, all "missed"

And here I was hoping 1.3 would fix things

Could it be that the Cobra's collision box is using the same as the black hawks.

Maybe the missle see's the helis as a black hawk making it go through the center of it making it miss.

Wreck were did you see that I blamed our loss on that one shot??????
We lost to very good team but we had a chance at that moment. If you play this game you would know how difficult it is to get off Essex when you got no other place to spawn and when other team keeps raping your air assets.
They were loosing last flag, helo survived and defended it, they pushed us back and we lost that round. They won another one on china site EZ.

Give me a f*** brake dude that was the fact. Don't give me this LAME crap. Be more original. At least I'm not blaming it on LAG like you probably did zillion times when someone owned your ass.
They would beat us regardless I think but we could take that round and go to OT. BTW it was CAL match not some little league match you play in.

Why would you list anything that links to the FHM Clan's web site?

These people are misfits, immature, border line retarded and definitely in need of a loss of their official ranking. They (FHM) spew racial slurs constantly.

Considering that their leader, MAD MAX is only of the most adolescent members around, I wouldn’t take anything that they say for fact.

                                TV missiles
miss' more often due to the way they are controlled
AFAIK Because of the mouse clicks needed for input to their control. Even the slightest netlag can cause that last click or so to "confuse" the server as to it's exact location.

                                translation...
Clicking too much makes you miss.
