1.3 Full Patch isnt doing anything?

After installing the BF2 version 1.3 full patch my game still says version 1.1... I've tried uninstalling BF2 and reinstalling it and then patching it and it still doesn't seem to be updating. After the patch finishes the installation it says patch succesfully installed yet the in-game version still says it's on version 1.1. Anyone know what could possibley be wrong?

Ok back a couple pages I found this thread.

Seems to be what I'm seeing. I'll try to get on another server and see if it lets me connect.
