Yes whats the right encoder to use when I wanna render my demos? I allways come up whit an error and then I tried all of the options or something but whats the right encoder?

FRAPS.
The BR encoder kinda blows.
It's cumbersome, buggy, and if you do a long output sound and video don't sync. For that matter, getting in-game sound out is also a pain.

Use fraps.
Save yourself some headaches.

For BL just use plain old AVI uncomprressed,then compress later with VirtualDub for DivX.
