Program turning joystick buttons into keyboard?

I once saw a link to a program here on the forums, that turns the buttons on the joystick into keyboard buttons. I don't remember the name though, and i cant find the post i saw it in.

I want to use one of the buttons on the joystick as a push to talk button in teamspeak. But teamspeak doesn't support buttons directly from the joystick. The signals needs to be transformed into either keyboard og mouse commands/buttons first.

Anyone know what im talking about/having a link to something? All help is appreciated.

The app is called JoyToKey and Cigar_Man has kindly pointed out the thread which IS stickied at the top of this subforum
