rank bug affect awards?

so im wondering, does the rank bug (when you join a server and are a private and may or may not have your unlocks) affect if you get awards or not?

in one instance, i was a private, but i still had my unlocks, and i had gained a couple of basic badges i already had while playing.

now, today, i was playing, again same thing happened: i was shown as a private, but still had my unlocks. i was playing AT the whole round, and i got 20+ kills, but never got my vet AT badge (yes, i had the proper amount of time).

so does the bug screw you out of the proper awards? cuz that really sucks. :|:

Was curious about this as well.

I am constantly getting the "Private Rank bug", where I show up as a private, with no unlocks.

Now I wouldn't mind this much, But if i'm going for an award or badge, I wonder if what I'm doing even is being recorded. Will I be getting my basics again, ect. ect?

I usually just end up leaving the server and finding another. Even a finished round and new map doesn't fix the bug.

You don't lose anything, and you gain nothing except the points you earn in the round. You don't receive the basic badges unless you don't have them already. I hate this bug because I always use my unlocks >_>

He is right! Do not worry and go throw your Comp you will survive w/ your rank and points...
