War College Ribbon Finally!

Yesterday I finally received this award with 25,000 commander points and 200 hours commanding, out of over 600 hours total that I have. Now I have most of the awards that I was going for, except the ones that it is impossible for me to get, and I'll retire from the battlefield, but hope to stay in this forum with advices for the new players every once in a while.

I should've played a bit more before the patch was released. It was way easier for me to get the WCR at that time.

yeah. It would have been easier for me to get it with a 3:1 ratio instead of the hours. But anyway congrats.

I was at 2.81 before the patch.......Now I need 9 more hours and about 10,000 points.........

Ok, i'm prepared to accept MAYBE you worked hard to get it, but the majority of holders of this award are likely to have joined 'AutoTeam balance 0' servers and changed sides with 5 tix to go.

The new requirements are far more indicitive of hard work.

Well, since I still have the NEW requirements beat as well, would that not imply I worked hard for it by your own response? For the record, I did not switch teams to get it. Just played with my own clan on our own server and lost a few as well.

I didn't accuse you of doing it, merely stating that this ribbon only encouraged team switching, for the most part.

Nice to see an explanation. It`s weird sometimes, to read a good-natured thread, and see a post with nothing wrong with it, yet the user has been banned. I`m sure you guys have your reasons, I guess I miss the juicy stuff that gets them banned to begin with.

Me too. If I can be bothered to even request the position I tend to only play one round as a Commander, I don't find it exciting enough to continue after than and prefer to get back to groundpounding with my AK101.

After reading the new requirements for WCR, I am glad I got this award before Patch 1.30; Holy hell, how many hours do I need? How many points as commander must I earn?
