Can this be done? Just want to know if you are a server admin or a owner of a server do you have a option to take out tanks, apcs, jets and choppers. This will make the map more of infantry combat as not many maps that dice have design do this sort of battle. If this can be done can you inform me of your server just want to have a fire fight with infantry troops only. If not that's fine

No, it cannot be done at least not for a ranked server anyway.
If you want to run an unranked server you can install maps that have the vehicles and artillery removed. Someone in TWL (www.teamwarfare.com) has already done this with 5 maps or so.

NP dude.
Here is a link to a map-pack that has been changed if you are interested. Instead of having to install the whole mod for this, I would recommend using the maps instead, it would be a lot easier and save hard drive space for everyone using them:
