Its messed up, doesnt work, servers show pings of 9999999, incorrect player info, filters dont work, the list goes on.

1. nothing changed other than the sound. It actually is exactly the same.

2. jumping, throwing c4 really far.

3. Not without modding, not to mention bots don't work with 32/64 maps anyway

4. No. however, you have to wait longer after going prone before shooting to get real accuracy (watch the crosshairs)

5. Crash to Desktop.

6. Bad patch, some 1.3 patches were released that were incomplete

Personally, the PKM does feel weaker/less accurate now than before. But since there was no changelog saying anything about it, all you can do is speculater as to whether or not they really did something to it.

You can also check the code and see damage/deviation/and so on.
