Problems with password

Before you start flaming and crying for me to search the forum, I am having a problem with my browser and can´t find the search button.
So if a thread similar to this already exists, point me the way, if not here is my question.

Yesterday a clan mate received a message that he couldn´t log on, the message was that the password was wrong, so he tried to change it in gamespy but he still couldn´t log on his account...He logged on with a new account and he had no problems.

What could cause this problem? And how can it be solved?

I dont know but I do know about the Search bug since I had it. ALl you gotta do it put your mouse near the bottom of the box that appears when you click seach.

Abaut the search bug...thanks but I still can´t find threads with this problem...maybe it´s a new bug?
Or my search criteria is plain wrong :)

I've had BF2 "lose" my password a few times... it was still displaying ***** in the p/w field, but wouldn't let me login, "wrong p/w".

All I had to do was retype it, then I could login to my account.
Annoying, but not a prob besides.

to the password thing

sumtimes that happens to me but just cuz it said it once dont go change that password try hmmm retyping or just hitting login again so far its done that 3 times all-in-all and each time i just hit login again and im all set

Thanks guys for your help, the problem was solved with the retyping of the password and new batteries for the keyboard.

I get that now and again. When I get that message, I just go back and re-type my password. BTW Do you have the remember password checked marked? That is what I have. When I re-type it, work fine. I log in.
