100 Best rounds?

Hi, I'am after the Navy cross. I have the 100 hrs and 100 wins and 95% of the 100 best rounds. but.....

It's not increasing! What is the 100 best rounds? Is it when i appear on the third screen after the game for doing well with a kit etc?

Sorry if it's a noob Q but a can't find the answer anywhere....:)

You have to get at least 100 points per game. Only once.

Does that count if your commander? say you get 50 points and win X2?

Thanks all! Just had a fantasticly close game as commander...a got 151 points after x2 and got the Navy cross, a Silver medal and me Command Officers Ribbon....WOW! :p well chuft!
