Patching problems with 1.3

I downloaded patch 1.3 (full) yesterday and patching failed for some reason

I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and patching still failed

I did it again and patching failed


maybe I'm downloading the wrong patch?

What should I do? Which patches should I download in what order from which site?

I can't use X-fire I'm sorry I'm apparently behind a Full/Half Cone
