Fps showing

When i set renderer.drawfps 1, i see a number like this one:
39.9/25.5
I suppose the first one is the actual FPS but whats the second one?.
Should i set the resolution to a higher HZ?, tnx guys.

Second one is mS delay between frame renderings.
