Okay I may be the only one out there with this problem but I'm gonna say it anyway. How the hell do i fix this?!?!?!?!?

It's so frustrating when I have to keep restarting my computer just to play BF2 again. So this is my issue. I can only open BF2 once per 'restart'? Which means if I've already opened up BF2 and exit. I can't reopen it until I srestart my windows. It really bugs me because only my EA games does this. Madden and BF2. I get the "BF2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." error. Does anybody know how to fix that effin error. Thanks.

I have the same exact problem. I do not have a fix but a guy I was talking to on Teamspeak today tried to walk me through it. He was saying it was messing with some files would make it so you wouldn't have to reboot your computer to play BF2 again. He was talking way too fast and I need to get a hold of him again. When I find out I will post it here.
It sucks having to reboot everytime I wanna play when I just got done playing.
