Are there still servers running patch 1.22? If there is then just go back to 1.22 and play that until a patch that fixes 1.3's issues is out!

Instead of this silliness, why not just run your BF2 as a dual install. You can have your game run for both 1.22 and for 1.3 just make a copy of your BF2 files just one is 1.22 and the other 1.3.

Disclaimer:I haven't read any of the posts in this thread, but I read the webpage, and have to point something out.

This day is supposed to make clear that any change of the game is up to us
Uhm, no. Any change of the game is up to EA/DICE. End of story. If they choose to listen to what you want in the game, then you'll get what you want. But unless you own the copyrights, have the dev team, and have a copy of the source code, then you hold no rights over the development of the game.
You have the right to boycott, but don't feel like it's your right to influence the development of the game.
Personally, I'm not thrilled with the latest patch, but I'll live with it.

Now you may carry on with your boycott.

                        Best of luck.

279 servers are participateing in the boycott. Youll still find a lot of pub players playing becase they dont know what forums means but youll find hardly any clan players on.

It's not about squadhopping, dude, it's about all the really stupid major problems EA/DICE haven't fixed, e.g., the red tag bug, dolphin diving, clipping into buildings, etc., plus all the dumb things they added that we didn't need to compensate, thus creating MORE bugs and issues.

Wow, I just had the most fun-filled 3 hours ever with BF2-online. Could it be the people who constantly whine are also the biggest smacktards of the game?

Please stay away from the game! I'm having so much fun playing today without you people. In fact, keep the boycott going indefinately!

Gamespy: 7000 Bf2 servers, 30k active players. This boycott is going well.
