Use Fraps to record Ingame First Person view fraps.com or go to a server that has battlerecorder enabled then go to community and you will see a list of demo files play the one you want and use fraps to record what you want but you need a decent computer to Record with fraps or if you dont have a good comp turn down the video settings some
