reviving problem

ok so when i go to revive some guy and i run over and i get the defibrilators out (i do beforehand but u know what i mean) and i go to revive him and right as i the GZZZT sound ends and i die by some guy the guy that i go to revive is still dead is that a glitch or is that supposed to happen?

also sometimes when i go to revive criticaly wounded peeps not dead but criticaly wounded and have the little bar above there head i go to revive and im aiming directly at them and hit the button the dont revive even tho the little bar is above there head. another glitch?

For the first problem, you died before the server registered the revive. There was prolly a little lag as with most servers. For the second problem, they were probably in their spawn screen (you know, kit select) in which case you cant revive them.

I recommend that you revive a wounded player from about 4 feet away. Do NOT try and revive right over or on top of his body .. aim your paddles at the body and click when the body is at least 4 feet away.

well normally i have no problem standing over him so its probly the kit select thing, altho i have had a medic try to revive me and i wasnt in the kit select and i wasnt dead but he probly was just a bad medic that couldnt aim right, and as for the first problem answer, thanks

Also sometimes the bodies end up with one arm sticking thru a wall or sthing like that when they die. If the body is in a place/position where it would get killed instantly after getting revived (e.g. because it hasn't got enough room for the hitbox) u cannot revive it i think.

I've noticed that if you've deployed all your medipacks you CANNOT reivive someone right away. My suggestion would be to not deploy all medicpacks and crouch near the body and shock them.

i agree, u cant always revive a critivally wounded player. eg, if a car is on top of him, u gotta drive it away then revive him, i did that be4... or if he dies on a slope, theres a gd chnce u cant revive him...

Prone nearly touching is good... and If you know there's a revive needed or about to be needed, only deploy 2 medi packs or else its like an 8 second wait
