A question about vehicle drops

From this pic i stole from another thread:



Next to the vehicle drop replenish meter, there is a damage meter, like on the UAV etc. Does that mean the vehicle drops are dependent on a building or something that needs to be working for the driops to work??? if so what is it?

yeah i would like to know also

but i actually think you can only do so many drops and the more you drop vehicles the more the bar goes down
just a thought

^^yep each team can only drop 2 veihcles at a time, if the bar is full, you will b able to drop 1 car, then another as soon as it recharges, if its half full you can only drop one until at least 1 car gets destroyed (so in theory)- if the enemy commander is dropping cars on the airstrip etc, then just get guys to drive them around nd he cant drop any more
