Driver special ability points

what is the easiest way to receive 'driver special ability points' ? Doesn't seem to work for me :cry: as I only have 1200 after 700 hours play

hardest way is probably the best way
be a pilot for a good gunner
I have about 20,000
the 'easiest' way is to be a pilot in a helo
do NOT be supply
let a pax be supply
and another pax drop mines for c4 as aerial artillery
and then let some one Else get supply points
(in other words - you get the assist points when pax get points)
do not just fly around 'tossing stuff' - that is stat padding
but at least try to be tactical - the tosser will get a few kills and it is a lot of fun raining terror from high

If your a good chopper pilot you will get the most as long as the gunner is not useless.
ONe round i was with a good pilot and i was the gunner and went 56 - 1 in the round. His good piloting and VOIP helped a lot and it got the the stage where the enemy chopper gave up and stopped using it

driver special ability is different from driver assist. I was driving a RIB with 6 guys in it and a j10 attacked us, and i turned to dodge the bullets, and i got driver ability points for it.

so how do you get ablility and specialty points? i only get driver kill assist when in a vehicle and maybe gotten those other ones by accident

Usually you get them if you have a medic, engineer, or support in your vehicle and you drive past someone who needs their support. They give them the health/ammo/repair and you get the special ability point. Other times, its kinda random while you're being a good driver.
