    Wirelessly Connecting

    May sound like a n00b, but I was wondering... How do I connect my Internet wirelessly?

    I have my modem in my attic, and I want to route it to my basement. I have a wireless router, but I only know how to use it with ethernet cords, and I can't have a cord running all the way into my basement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    First of all I suggest you read through any guides that came with your router, what kind of router do you have? (number too, for example "Linksys WRT54G" not just "linksys")

        Go here -->http://www.dlink.com/products/suppor...kInstallGuides

        Select witch "Revision" you have, and then I suggest you download the manual/quick install guide. This should help you throughout the process. They also have DLink support listed in there.

        Anther question: Do you have a wireless card on the computer you want to make wireless?
