Pardon me if this has been discussed (if it has please point me to the thread) but I started up EA Downloader, and it had a link to "Edit BF2 Name." So I followed it. It had me log in then it took me to my account. So I started to hit the tabs at the top. When I got to "Downloads Info" low and behold it appears that you can change your name. I didn't try it cause I'm content with my name, just wondering if anyone else has?

its for changing gamespy account name so you can activate euro force/armored fury with that account.. -

You cannot actually change your gamespy id without starting another different account.Comment
