Quick question about SF

I havent played BF2 or SF in a couple months. I am currently downloading the 1.3 patch.

And the one thing I was upset with SF was that you couldnt use the new kit devices (grappling hook, etc.) in the older maps, like Karkand.

So, my point...can you do this now? Play with SF kit devices on the old maps?

Nope. SF is SF, BF2 is BF2. Aside from the tier two unlocks, they never intermix.

Thanks. I think thats lame though. It would be fun to use that stuff on some of the regular BF2 maps.
