1.30: Mutiny Bug? "You've been demoted" with less than the required votes?

This is weird. Was playing a map last night and, as usual, there's always a mutiny going on or someone with a kick vote on someone. Well, I see this message (sorry, don't have screenshot for proof):

"Mutiny Successful, 6 out of 7 votes needed."
"You have been demoted"
"You cannot apply for commander for 5 minutes."

Is there a rounding error?

As soon as the right amount of votes has been hit, the demotion takes place. However, periodically throughout the vote, it gives you an update as to how its going.

The first message is simply a status update telling you you're one vote short of being demoted. Then someone else hit "Vote Yes", and it demoted you.

Then shouldn't the message be, "Current Mutinty has 6 out of 7 votes needed", instead of "Mutiny Successful, 6 out of 7 votes needed"?
